One of the cult films I had on my list of movies I need to watch was American History X. Finally, I watched it, and it did not disappoint. Admittedly, I was expecting a very different type of film, but it was one of the most emotional and thoughtful films I have seen yet. It really stimulated and evoked a lot of feelings about a subject matter that has always interested me, but it really spun everything and made me consider morals and belief. Sorry, that probably didn't make any sense and sounds super pretentious, but basically put, you all need to watch this film. It it life-changing and I can't wait to watch it again.
Oh yeah, another reason to watch this - Edward Norton is topless for majority of the film. His acting is epic too.... ABS-ABS-ABS-ABS ok sorry I'm done.
Kind of incredulous to the fact that I am going to Coachella for the second time. It's like a beautiful dream that I don't want to wake up from. Yes, it is at the end of the holiday we have to revise in, but DON'T GET RUDE. Of course, I will focus on my studies like a good gal, but then I am going CrAzY at Coachella. Nearly wept with joy at the line-up.
Most looking forward to -
Alt-J, Bat for Lashes, Ben Howard, Grimes, Hot Chip, La Roux (lol she's still a thing), Lee Scratch Perry, Moby, Polica, Purity Ring, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Stone Roses, The XX, TNGHT, Two Door Cinema Club, Vampire Weekend, and finally, Wu-Tang Clan.
Holy whippet knickers, I am so excited I can't contain my happy dancing.

After the glorious shopping trip, we went to Somerset House to see the Valentino exhibition, and it was pretty fab. Basically, my Mother and I spent a couple hours judging all of the dresses on show, and let me just say, it was NOT all chic. But of course, it's Valentino, so we must forgive and forget.
After that, we took advantage of the time and went to another show that was on at Somerset House, showing some of Tim Walker's work. It was truly magical and I think he is now one of my favourite photographers. The way he uses fairy tales and crazy props is very inspiring and it was awesome seeing a big collection of his work, seeing as I never really took time to appreciate it before. Thumbs up.
Mother and I recommend both of the exhibitions, so hurry and get yo a$$ cultured.
Sorry about not posting for ages, but I hope now the mock days are over you will be hearing
more from me........
P.S If you haven't listened to the new Destiny's Child song then DO IT NOW.
